The Home
Venus condominiums are currently undergoing a building construction project. The project includes updating the tile and staircases, concrete repair, and waterproofing of the buildings. Due to this project, you can expect to see construction crews on-site, scaffolding, and partial door or window coverings. The work is taking place from January until September, with different buildings being worked on during this time. Work takes place from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. You will hear noise during this construction period. Discounts will not be offered during this time.
