Welcome to the beachside bliss that is Sandpiper Cove 2138. This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom property sleeps six guests with comfort and ease. Upon entering this second floor property, you will notice the Kitchen, complete with its authentic tiled counter tops along with new refrigerator and dishwasher, pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. Adjacent to the Kitchen is the Dining Area, which has a new dining table set for four guests and bar seating for two additional guests. After the Kitchen is the Living Area. The Living area has tiled flooring, a large Area Rug, all new living room furniture with a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, two plush chairs, has a new 70 inch smart cast flat screen HDTV, a DVD player, and access to the condo’s balcony. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
