Inlet Reef 408

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris. The open, expansive Kitchen offers a surplus of beautiful granite counter space, full size stainless steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite feast. The Dining Area comes with a rectangular dining table that sits six guests, with adjacent Kitchen bar seating for two additional guests. The Living Room boasts unparalleled views of the beach, a two leather couches, two chairs, a flat-screen HDTV, a DVD player, and balcony access. The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, a HDTV, a walk-in closet, and balcony access. The beautiful Master Bathroom has a separated vanity area and sink, an additional sink, and a walk-in shower. The first Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat screen HDTV, and a DVD player. The Second Guest Bedroom has a loft bed with a Queen bed on bottom and a Twin bed on top. This Second Guest Bedroom also comes complete with an HDTV and HD Cable. The Bonus Bunk Bed Room has two Twin Bunk Beds and a flat screen HDTV and a DVD player. The condo sleeps a total of nine guests in supreme comfort. The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. As stunning as this property is inside, the real treat is when you reach the hexagonal shaped balcony. Offering a wet bar and an outside dining table, the balcony provides an unparalleled 180-degree view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. It simply must be seen to be believed. One only pet (dog) is allowed and the weight must be under 25 pounds. Additional pet fee is required.
