At the same time, its location makes it easily accessible for guests visiting for weddings or corporate events, or for those who want to explore the area. In fact, it’s just a three-minute drive from the train station. Tudor Grange is close to Bournemouth town centre – less than half a mile – where you’ll find pedestrian streets boasting independent shops, department stores, Victorian arcades, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more. You can easily stroll to town in 5-10 minutes. Best of all? It’s just a two-minute walk from beautiful Bournemouth Beach, just one spot along Bournemouth’s seven miles of award-winning beaches. Stunning views of the Isle of Wight and Purbeck hills accompany some of the warmest sea temperatures in the UK. You can even book a beach hut along the sand for your own private spot in paradise, where you can relax after the excitement of the arcades and amusements along Bournemouth Pier. Enjoy tasty food, stroll along the pier with an ice cream cone, or build sandcastles on the beach. From Tudor Grange, it’s also easy to visit world-famous and iconic sites such as: ○ Isle of Purbeck ○ Swanage ○ Jurassic Coast ○ New Forest National Park ○ Salisbury Cathedral ○ Stonehenge There is simply so much to discover in and around Bournemouth.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • • No pets. No smoking/vaping.
  • • Events allowed – and encouraged! Whether a corporate event or wedding, we can help with the planning and arrangements. There is an option to hire a marquee for a wedding of up to 60-100 people for an additional cost.
  • • We can also arrange catering. We work with several fantastic event planners, who offer a range of options starting at £100 per head. Please inquire for more information and costs.
  • • Due to local noise ordinances and respect for our neighbour’s, noise levels for any events must be low after 8pm, with a strict rule of 10pm.
  • • Due to its status as a historical building, some of the doors in Tudor Grange are original and you might find that some hinges or locks are a bit stiff. We hope you love the historical detail as much as we do.
  • • A second kitchen in the home is a kosher kitchen which is available upon request.
  • I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:
  • • Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is £150
  • • Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited
  • • Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is £250 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted
  • • A refundable security deposit of £1000 will be pre-authorized and this will be refunded after check-out. This is via the verification platform SuperHog.
  • • Parties and events must be preapproved.
  • Please follow the house rules to avoid additional fees and the security deposit charge.
