Finally, the villa offers secure on-site parking for one vehicle, with additional public parking available for up to two more cars.

The spacious, single-level layout ensures seamless indoor-outdoor living, with large glass doors leading directly to the pool terrace. The open-plan living room, featuring a 55 Smart TV, provides the perfect space for unwinding, whether curling up with a book or enjoying a cozy movie night. One guest can be accommodated on the living room sofa. The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area inspire home-cooked feasts shared with loved ones. Each of the villa’s two beautifully designed bedrooms boasts an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests, as well as direct access to the pool terrace for the ultimate combination of indoor and outdoor living.
