Africa with Sandton City being a 2 minute drive away. A KFC and
McDonald’s outlet are within walking distance from the property and the
apartment is close to all major roads and highways.
The space
This modern 2 bedroomed apartment features an open plan kitchen with
grey toned marble counters and top of the range appliances such as a
dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and is perfect for a
hot summer’s day. The living room is also equipped with a large TV for
you to watch Netflix or DSTV. WiFi is available in the apartment.
All bedrooms are fitted with double sized beds and have ensuite
bathrooms with ample sized showers.
There is 24hr security onsite and guest access is monitored through an
entry and exit code system.
2 covered parking bays are allocated to the apartment on the ground
floor.
Generator backup power is available during load-shedding times.
There is a communal pool available for guests to use.
A Laundromat is available for guests in the building.
