<p>Set in the vibrant and action-packed resort of Coral Bay, Villa Eliza provides the perfect base for a family holiday. A generous-sized, sun-kissed terrace provides plenty of space to enjoy the Cypriot sun; with a dining area ideal for alfresco meals and comfortable sun loungers available around the inviting pool.</p>
<p>The villa itself is set over two levels, with all three bedrooms containing air conditioning for maximum comfort day and night. A well-equipped, open-plan living area and kitchen offer an excellent social space and lead out to the wonderful outdoor area.</p>
<p>Coral Bay itself boasts one of the best white-sand beaches on the island and is also home to a wide range of restaurants, shops and bars meaning you’re never far away from the action.</p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
