Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- Cancellation Terms
- To confirm your booking you must pay a deposit of 30% at the time of booking which is non refundable. You must pay the balance at least 60 days before the check in date of your stay. If you cancel from 60 to 1 day before your check in, you will lose everything paid including the deposit.
- Damages and Additional Expenses
- You will be responsible for any damages to the rented property caused during your stay.
- Swimming Pool
- The Swimming Pool is available for use from 1st April - 31st October.
- Spa
- The Spa facilities are always open and available to use.
- Internet
- The Internet is free, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
- Waste
- Separate waste collection is required. There is a bin for plastic, one for paper, one for mixed waste (e.g., batteries, diapers, female hygiene products, aluminum), and one for food. Every day, the housekeeper will clean the house and take out the trash.
- Daily Cleaning Service
- Every day the maid is available to guests for 6 hours to clean the rooms and living room.
- • Change of bed linen on Wednesday
- • Change of towels every two days
- • Final cleaning for each stay included

- Private parking is available on site.

- Extra costs to be kindly provided at check in:
- • Tourist tax - €2 per day, per person, for the first 7 nights
