La Belle Issambre is a luxury villa with sea view nestled against a hill on a fenced property. At 2 kilometers from the sandy beaches of Les Issambres on the Côte d’Azur. Les Issambres is an attractive coastal village with a cozy promenade, restaurants with private beach, but also small bays and creeks where children can enjoy exploring. There is also a sailing school (sailing boats, catamarang) and a ferry to the famous Saint Tropez A weekly market and cozy stores make Les Issambres complete.
The villa borders a nature reserve and is situated on a fenced plot with covered parking. Around the villa are several terraces so you can enjoy the sun, or shade if desired, at any time. The view from the terrace of the pool and the sea is beautiful! And. from the parking lot you walk straight into the La Gaillarde nature reserve.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
