There are many natural attractions extremely close by and also restaurants/bars/coffee shops within walking distance but we recommend using an Uber, Lyft, or having your own rental car when coming to Colorado Springs. A bike too! RIDE Colorado! ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking * We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc. *Max 3 dogs ($75 per dog). We kindly ask that you clean up after dogs. Additional fees can incur if professional carpet cleaning is required or excessive dog hair is on the beds and/or furniture. Service animals exempt from fees. No other animals allowed unless they are certified service animals. * Access Garden of the Gods by walking or riding a few hundred yards due north on 36th St. Trail access is right at the end of 36th, at Temple. * Central AC Dog Policy: -This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! * Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the following areas: 1. On the front/West side of the house facing the front yard and the street. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. We use this to prevent fraudulent reservations, illegal activity, and for the safety of all guests, neighbors, and homes. We take data security very seriously.
