A Chesapeake Bay sanctuary. This flawlessly appointed 2 bedroom 1 full bath home is situated perfectly for breathtaking views of the Chesapeake Bay from the living and dining room and your own private deck. Rest up after beach days enjoying the breeze in our egg chairs, unwind and enjoy free Netflix and Hulu. The kitchen is fully appointed for cooking family meals in. This home sleeps 6 with an opportunity to add air mattresses for additional fees. One king bed and one queen bed complete with feather pillows make up the bedrooms and there is one full baths with a walk in shower.
Pets allowed. $75 per pet per week. Pet fee is requested after booking. Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars.
This is a single story private entrance duplex, you will have the first floor of the home but there are a few steps to the door. The laundry room is in the basement and there are a few steps down to the basement.

1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Property Management team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within thirty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Property Management homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Property Management representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Property Management buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Property Management can and will charge the guest.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee per item will be charged.
5) Fireworks are illegal in Norfolk and are grounds for termination of your stay.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Property Management reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
