Historic St Aug 4BR - Fire Pit, Pet Friendly!

Welcome to Historic St. Augustine home! Our recently renovated home located in Historic Lincolnville. This beautiful 1910 home is just three blocks away from all of the wonderful sightseeing locations and unique restaurants Downtown St. Augustine has to offer. Our home includes four large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. We are excited that you are able to experience the Oldest City in America and we cannot wait to share our home with you. Our home sleeps comfortably up to 10 guests: Two in the king bed bedroom, two in each queen bedroom, two in the twin bedroom and two on the futon downstairs in the "gameroom". Each bedroom (excluding the twin bedroom) and the game-room have smart TVs. Each bedroom has access to balconies where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee/tea or enjoy a nice glass of wine after a day of exploring our beautiful city! There are two full bathrooms- one located downstairs and one upstairs. Both are a shower/tub combo. Upstairs is an antique claw tub/shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers are provided. The living room has lots of space to just to sit back and relax. There is a smart TV with Netflix and Hulu available, wifi is included. The full kitchen includes complimentary coffee, spices and oils as well as all the kitchen tools needed to have a nice home cooked meal. The private driveway includes spaces for 2 cars to park and street parking is allowed. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE NEIGHBORING DRIVEWAYS! Guests have access to the entire house and private outdoor area with firepit as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and access to laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Getting around is easy on foot or bike! You are in walking distance of all of downtown St. Augustine restaurants, bars, and shopping! PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REVIEW RENTAL AGREEMENT. We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in. Kindly refer to the following guidelines regarding fees for extra guests: Studio & 1 BR units - $25 per guest/night after 2 guests (i.e. 3 guests would be $25/night extra and 4 guests would be $50/night extra) 2 BR units - $30 per guest/night after 4 guests (i.e. 5 guests would be $30/night extra and 6 guests would be $60/night extra) 3 BR unit - $35 per guest/night after 6 guests (i.e. 7 guests would be $35/night extra and 8 guests would be $70/night extra) 4 BR units - $40 per guest/night after 8 guests (i.e. 9 guests would be $40/night extra and 10 guests would be $80/night extra) 5 BR+ units - $45 per guest/night after 10 guests (i.e. 11 guests would be $45/night extra and 12 guests would be $90/night extra) If you are highly allergic to dogs this home may not be a good fit for you. Our cleaning service is very good, but you may notice an occasional dog hair here and there. We do charge a pet fee of $50/night / pet that you bring with you. This reduces to $250/week per pet and $500/month per pet for longer term guests. This fee is not included in the accommodation fare rate. We will send a request for the additional funds once the number of pets is confirmed after booking. *If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you then we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the pet fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.* Gatherings/parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property. If you host a gathering/party/event at this property we will levy a $1000 fine and call the police to end it immediately. A gathering/party is any event where the guests in the property at ANY time exceeds the listing’s capacity or is more than the stated number of guests on the reservation. We have a minimum 7 day stay requirement for local guests. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion. If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed): 1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100 1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200 2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300 3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to. *Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front or back yard* *If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee* Also, Saturday check-ins and check-outs are (generally) not allowed unless you are booking a stay that is >7 days, with the exception of some specific weekends (FL-GA and TPC Sawgrass weekends are a few examples) . We may allow an exception to this policy (depending on the specific weekend and season) but reserve the right not to do so or to ask you to modify of cancel a reservation starting or ending on a Saturday. You are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front door. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.
