This gorgeous, beachy condo is the perfect getaway for families and friends alike! With three bedrooms to sleep 6 people, and the beach right across the street. There is also a neighborhood pool that you’ll see from looking over the balcony of the lanai.
There are two bedrooms with Queen beds. and one bedroom with a trundle including two twin mattresses. There is a shared living room and dining room/kitchen area, as well as a lanai that overlooks the center of the complex and the pool!
Guests have access to the entire condo, the community pool, and two guest parking spaces in addition to the one provided with the unit.

We charge for additional guests above a fixed amount. This amount and additional charge varies by unit type, size, and configuration. If you input the correct guest count when you make your reservation the amount the booking site indicated as the total cost will not change (due to guest count). We ask for confirmation of guest count after you complete your booking. If you need to increase your guest count after booking confirmation due to a booking error, this could result in a price increase. Finally, we verify guest count via external cameras located on our properties. In the event that we notice a guest count at the property that is higher than reported, we reserve the right to ask for additional guest fees that would be double the amount we would have charged prior to check-in.
This house is unfortunately NOT pet friendly.
Gatherings/parties of any kind are strictly forbidden at this property.
If you host a gathering/party/event at this property we will levy a $1000 fine.
If you are local to Jax and book for less than 7 days we reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. We rarely make an exception to policy but may elect to do so at our sole discretion.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $100
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $300
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $400 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more.
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
***Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - the house, front or back yard***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on porch, deck, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
Saturday check-ins and check-outs are not allowed during certain high demand weekends (FL-GA, TPC Sawgrass, and the weekend after Thanksgiving are a few examples) . If you instant-book a stay to check out on one of these Saturdays we may ask you to alter your booking to either check out on Friday or Sunday. If this isn’t acceptable we may ask you to cancel your reservation.
You are strictly forbidden from bringing firearms or items associated with them (including guns, bullets, gunpowder, shells, magazines, silencers, etc.) on this property whether or not they are licensed. If you violate this policy or we find evidence that you did (e.g. firearms or bullets are discovered by our cleaners following your stay) we will assess a $1000 fine.
