This charmingly renovated Victorian is located on the west end of Front St in Traverse City’s historic Slabtown district. With 1,450 square feet of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and a couple of pups, offering a perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area. The fully equipped kitchen, paired with a spacious dining table, makes for the ideal place to enjoy meals together. And when the weather’s nice, the cozy front porch will likely become your favorite spot to relax. *Please note: All bedrooms are on the second level and the bathroom is located on the main level** Main Level: Kitchen, living room, laundry, **NEWLY RENOVATED** full bathroom with stand-up shower and a quiet seating area with a newly added sleeper sofa! Smart TV for streaming (sorry no cable). Central AC Second Level: Bedroom 1 - King Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom 3 - Full **Please note there is no bathroom on the second level.** There is no central AC on the second floor, but we do provide window AC units in the summer months. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.
