When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day). *** So you know - The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Property Manager for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Property Manager retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is one parking space allowed per condo. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
