The neighbourhood is the perfect option for residents and visitors, thanks to its extensive variety of shops and restaurants, as well as its typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces that guarantee a great experience for those who wish to get to know Madrid.
This area of the city is very well connected by public transport, with various bus stops and metro lines 2 and 5 that connect directly with Sol and Gran Vía, making it very quick and easy to reach the centre of Madrid.

Ideal for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in an incomparable location, this cosy apartment with capacity for up to 8 people is situated in the interior part of the second floor of an entirely renovated old building with a lift.
The dining room is a bright space thanks to its three windows with views of the main street, Smart TV, double sofa bed, and a spacious dining table that also integrates a pleasant fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils.
It has three comfortable bedrooms full of light that guarantee a relaxing environment for a good rest. Two of them have two single beds and the main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. Additionally, the apartment has another full bathroom with shower near the living room.
This accommodation has WiFi, heating and central air conditioning.
