Villa Paloma is a modern gem hidden in the outskirts of the small tourist town of Sukošan in Northern Dalmatia. This very simple, yet meticulously designed Villa provides ease of movement throughout the indoors and the outdoors, connecting the day spaces while creating intimacy in the sleeping quarters of the Villa. Close to many amenities of the town centre and the historical town of Zadar, it makes for a perfect holiday getaway accommodation.
The entire Villa spreads on a high ground floor. It consists of a spacious open-concept living room with a fireplace, dining room and kitchen that have an exit to the covered terrace and pool area. The terrace features an outdoor dining and seating area and a gas barbecue. The pool is complimented with sunloungers and parasols, while overlooking the parking and garden equipped with a basketball basket and a trampoline for our youngest guests.
There are three bedrooms, all with queen sized beds, one of which can be separated to make for a room with two single beds. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and are equipped with SAT TVs. The master bedroom has a walk-through closet with plenty of space.
The Villa also features 4 parking spaces, SAT TV, Wi-Fi throughout and A/C. This fully fenced property also features some olive trees for that subtle touch of dalmatian culture.
