Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- -OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION: As a matter of policy, official identification for the entire group will be requested prior to arrival. -CHECK OUT: The maximum departure time is 11 am. If you need to leave later, please check availability and obtain authorization. After 12 noon, 60% of the night rate will be charged. -CHECK IN: The check in time is from 4:00pm onwards, if you want to leave your luggage before is with prior authorization and ONLY to leave luggage, if the guest stays before their check in time we will charge 50% of the night rate because they prevent the cleaning staff can do their job properly. -LATE CHECK OUT: The cleaning is scheduled at check out time, 11 am. In case of not having an authorized late check out and not leaving the apartment on time, a late check out penalty will be charged. -WASTE: Help us take your garbage down before you leave. -BABY AMENITIES: We have high chair and crib available for your baby, you just need to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. -PROPERTY DAMAGE: The apartment must be left in the same condition in which it was delivered. Any damage to the apartment must be reported, the amount of the damage will be quoted and must be paid by the guest. Failure to do so may result in the security deposit being available to cover the damage. -DECORATION. Please do not move, remove or change furniture and objects, or any other decorations in the room and house. SMOKE-FREE APARTMENT: The use of cigarettes or any tobacco products within the apartment is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will be subject to a penalty of $500 MXN. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace in apartments with a terrace. - CONSUMPTION OF ILLICIT SUBSTANCES: The consumption of drugs and narcotics within the apartment is strictly prohibited. Any illicit activity reported inside the apartment, will be allowed the entrance of the authorities. -PETS: Only with previous authorization and an extra cleaning fee of $800 MXN. -KEEP SILENCE: It is forbidden to have music or noise after the permitted hours: Sunday through Thursday until 11:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 11:59 p.m., if before that time the noise is excessive to the point of disturbing the tranquility of the other condominium owners, the security elements will go to the corresponding lot to request that the volume be reduced and will be subject to a fine of $4,500 to $15,000 pesos depending on the seriousness of the incident. -PARTIES OR MEETINGS: It is strictly forbidden to rent the apartment for parties or meetings, in case a party or meeting is reported a fine of $1,000 will be assessed and you will be asked to vacate the apartment at that very moment. -VISITS: It is strictly forbidden to have parties or gatherings inside the property. Only guests contemplated in the reservation are allowed access, any visit outside these conditions will be considered a breach of the rules and will be asked to vacate the apartment, unless prior authorization is requested. EXTRA GUEST: For each additional person there will be a charge of 450 MXM. LOSSES OR THEFT: The host is not responsible for any loss or theft inside the apartment. -KEYS: At the end of the stay, the loss or forgetfulness of these will have a cost of $150 MXN to be replaced. If during the stay an additional key delivery is requested, the guest will have to pay the cost of the delivery. -INTERNET: Each guest is responsible for all actions and messages carried out during their stay, it is forbidden to download or upload files illegally. -BBQ: If you want to use the barbecue, this will have a charge of $300 MXN and must be notified in advance. -INVENTORY: The apartment is equipped and inventoried with basic things for your use, we ask you to take care of them since they are for your benefit. Any damage/defect of the same please report and replace, in case of not doing so, it will have an additional cost that will depend on the value itself. -PROPERTY OWNERSHIP: Neither the host nor the owner of the property will be responsible for any crime or illicit act committed inside the apartment, avoiding the Extinction of Ownership of the property. -CONTACT: For maintenance issues or questions about the apartment please consider a schedule from 8am to 10pm. After 10pm write or call only in case of urgency. -RESERVATION CHANGES: Once the reservation has been made, no changes can be made to reduce the number of guests or days. -LAST MINUTE CHECK-IN: Guests who book less than 24 hours in advance will be able to check-in at 7:00 pm. -CONSUMABLES: We provide all our guests with a basic consumables kit, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry tablets, dishwasher tablets, etc. Unlike hotels with daily housekeeping services, we are unable to replenish consumables beyond the items offered in the starter kit during a stay. All of our properties are located near many major stores so please feel free to purchase any additional consumables you think you may need during your stay beyond what is included in the starter kit.
