The perfect day here starts with a coffee on your private veranda, walking to Blue Oven Bakery for a treat, and then hopping over to Washington Park and experiencing all that downtown offers.
You’ll feel at home in this well-appointed, spacious, bright apartment. You’ll have a private entrance from a courtyard shared with one other resident. The master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all on the 2nd floor. The second bedroom is on the third floor. You’ll have access to your own in-unit washer and dryer, a private veranda, and a generously stocked kitchen. The sleeping accommodations include two cozy-comfy queen beds and a sofa bed with hotel-quality sheets.
The entire space is yours. Enjoy it! We ask that the courtyard and outdoor veranda not be used after 9:30pm, out of respect for neighbors.
Many people know our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, as Cincinnati’s downtown, food, and nightlife destination because of the extensive national media that has received. It has dozens of bars, restaurants, boutiques, pubs, and more. It is also important for guests to know that this is a mixed-income, urban neighborhood. Well appointed condos exist side-by-side with low-income housing. One block east of this property are a number of vacant properties that are in the process of being rehabbed, while just a few blocks southwest you’ll find Findlay Market, where thousands of tourists and locals visit each weekend for Ohio’s longest-running farmers market and where condos sell for up to $800,000. Please be prepared to see and experience people of all walks of life -- from homeless panhandlers to well-paid lawyers and architects.
We can point you in the direction of the best parking options. We are also a 3-minute walk to the nearest Streetcar stop, which is a free and convenient way to get around all of downtown. The streetcar will take you on a loop as far north as Rhinegeist or as far south as Great American Ballpark, Fountain Square, and the Aronoff Center. It’s also easy to walk everywhere in Over the Rhine and downtown from here!
