This incredible renovation in Over the Rhine is the perfect place to relax or have fun. Through a labor of love, we were able to preserve an 1800s shop freezer, now transformed into a custom tile bathroom with Carrara marble throughout. The space is walkable to dozens of cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, and entertainment venues in Cincinnati’s entertainment district, Over the Rhine.
One hundred years ago, this was a butcher shop in a hustling, bustling neighborhood. We’ve turned it into a charming, bright and comfortable condo with tall ceilings, a well-laid-out kitchen, and a custom tile bathroom with carrara marble throughout. You’ll find an incredible surprise, as you open the original 1800s butcher freezer to find that we transformed it into a spacious bathroom.
Come and go as you please using electronic access.

Our neighborhood Over the Rhine is home to Cincinnati’s best and most numerous bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and even two breweries in walking distance.
We’re walking distance to Music Hall and the spaces where the Opera, Ballet, and Symphony play. If you’re here for the baseball game, Great American ballpark is just over a 1 mile walk (or rather, hop on the Streetcar a few blocks away!).
We’re also one of the country’s largest intact historic neighborhoods, with an absolutely beautiful stock of charming Italianate architecture.
Park a 2-minute walk away in Ziegler Garage and walk everywhere from here! It’s easy to get around on foot, biking, walking, on scooters, Uber, etc. We’re also just minutes’ walk from a streetcar stop, which will take you on a loop through most of downtown and Over the Rhine.
Please note that this is on the first floor.
