Prepare to have your breath taken away at Over the Top. This brand new, 2023
constructed luxury cabin provides some of the most magnificent, unobstructed,
long-range views of the mountains. This cabin is truly a work of art with
breathtaking views, privacy and seclusion from neighboring cabins. When you
drive up to Over The Top you will be impressed by its grand exterior. In the
evening, the surrounding landscape is illuminated by the outdoor lighting
package that makes day or night at this property truly beautiful. Located in a
24/7 gated community.
Over the Top is a gorgeous 3700 square foot custom built cabin. This handsome
cabin features 5 bedrooms and features 5 and a half baths. 4 bedrooms offer
their own en suite bathrooms and feature king-size beds with memory foam
mattresses to provide support and luxurious comfort. The fifth bedroom
accommodates 8 persons with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds. All five
bedrooms have their own Smart TVs with all your favorite streaming platforms.
You will absolutely love the spacious floor plan of this cabin. The main floor
has 50 ft vaulted ceilings opening to the living area with an electric
operated stone fireplace, a 65’ Smart TV, and is open to the kitchen and
dining areas. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel
appliances with ice maker and is fully stocked with all the cookware, small
appliances and utensils needed to prepare and enjoy family meals. The kitchen
opens out to an expansive covered deck where there is an outdoor dining table
and additional wicker seating area. The main level is also home to the Master
Bedroom which features private deck access, king bed, and a large bathroom
with a custom tile shower with a relaxing rainfall shower head and soaking
tub.
Ascend from the family room to the cozy loft with wall-to-wall windows. This
is the perfect location to take in the amazing mountain views and also serves
as an additional sleeping area with a sleeper sofa. The upper floor also
features two separate large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, king beds, Smart
TVs and private balconies overlooking the mountains.
The lower level is where the fun is to be had complete with a tin roof live
edge rustic bar and bar seating, game room with pool table and multi-game
arcade, and electric stone fireplace. Enter the spacious theater room where
you can lounge on one of the two comfortable sofas (one is also a sleeper
sofa) while you enjoy your favorite movies or shows on the 75’ Smart TV with
soundbar. The lower-level features two additional bedrooms. One bedroom offers
a king bed with en suite bathroom and private entrance to the lower deck. The
final bedroom accommodates eight persons with two full over full bunk beds
with memory foam mattresses and Smart TV. This bedroom also has access to an
additional full bathroom in the game room. The utility area is complete with a
stackable washer and dryer.
Step out onto the massive lower-level deck where you will be able to gaze at
the stars and endless views. This deck features a five-person hot tub and
seating areas to relax – perfect after a day of hiking or shopping at the
nearby attractions such as The Island.
Guests of Over the Top have seasonal free access to the Shagbark tennis
courts, pickleball, basketball court, swimming pool, park with fitness trail
and dog park, playground, frisbee golf, and picnic pavilion.
Have peace of mind knowing that Over The Top is one of the only cabins in the
area to have a whole-house generator in the event that power is lost during a
storm! No matter your reason to visit, Over the Top will exceed your
