By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are accepting of the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment to which they are allotted, and they will not stake any claim for the mismatch of the photos. Keys are a minimum of $150/key to replace. A fee will apply if they are lost, or not returned on time before 11 am. You will be fully responsible for damages and noise complaints. To maintain a safe and quiet environment, we do not accept reservations from guests residing within 60 miles of the property. This apartment is intended for visiting travelers and temporary stays only. Management reserves the right to cancel non-compliant bookings without penalty. Our sofa bed offers a convenient extra sleeping space ideal for short stays, children, or smaller guests. Kindly note that due to its compact size, guests around 6 feet or taller may find it less roomy than a traditional bed. **Parking is available - reservation is needed for $20 per day.**
