This new 2122 SF home on Frederica Road is the perfect vacation spot for your entire family! This is an absolutely amazing property. The owners have just made this house pup-friendly and now the pool can be heated for an additional charge ($400).

With an open living, kitchen and dining rooms, this house embraces full utilization of space. There is a sun-room off the dining area which leads to the outdoor pool and entertainment area which is fenced-in for privacy. The main master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the first level along with a half bath and laundry area.

Upstairs, the bedrooms are a queen, a set of twins and the 2nd master with a queen bed.

The outdoor area has a sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and tables with a cooking griddle, two burner eyes and a large propane grill....

The Neighborhood

A private home with an inground pool, you will be only 2 miles to the closest beach access and 2 miles to the Pier and Village area. From this location, you can walk to Redfern Village and some of the other nearby shops and restaurants. Better yet, rent some bikes and tour the whole island. Enjoy the new construction with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths - with master suites on the main living level as well as the second level.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).

  • • 2 miles to the pier/village area and 2 miles to the best beach access points.
  • Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

  • • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
  • • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
