<p> Perched on the lush mountains in the outskirts of Pollensa old town, just 6 kilometres away, you can be forgiven for feeling on top of the world when arriving at Villa Picassa. Stunning views abound and you are surrounded by stone terraced vegetation, including your own vineyards!</p> <p> The centuries old original farmhouse that is Villa Picassa retains all of its charm but has been adapted for modern day holidaying. Outside the 11.5 x 5.5m pool takes pride of place in the lawned terrace, ideal for sun worshipping or relaxing in the shade under the ancient oak trees.</p> <p> There are several seating areas dotted around the plot and a covered stone BBQ dining area for those al fresco meals. There is also a ping pong table for the more energetic.</p> <p> Inside the house the traditional architecture blends well with the current day comfortable furnishings. The hallway takes you into the open plan beamed living/ dining room with smart TV and the fully equipped kitchen is off from here. There is also a shower room on the ground floor.
