DESCRIPTION
Paradise Point offers the ultimate in high-end, luxury log cabin living. This
4500 sq ft authentic "Large Log" custom built cabin features 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2
baths and sleeps up to 12 guests. It is conveniently located 15 minutes to the
Parkway in Pigeon Forge and all its attractions. The moment you see Paradise
Point you will be in awe of its beauty and its surroundings. It is absolutely
gorgeous! Built solidly in the middle of a large, professionally landscaped
lot it has an easily accessible driveway with room for 6 vehicles.
The main level is wheelchair accessible via a ramped entry from the garage,
with an open floor plan, wide hallways, and a spacious primary suite featuring
a walk-in shower and heated bathroom floors — making it ideal for guests with
mobility needs or multigenerational families.
Step onto the expansive front porch and stop to take in the amazing,
unobstructed views of the Great Smoky Mountains including Thunder Mountain.
This stunning porch is furnished with luxury outdoor furniture and Fire Pit!
Follow the porch to the end and find a gorgeous "Gazebo" style structure with
amazing views and a hot tub large enough for your entire family. The hot tub
features a stereo with Bluetooth capabilities. Soak your cares away while
enjoying the surroundings and listening to your favorite playlist.
Once you step inside the beauty does not end. Paradise Point has been
professionally decorated with attention to every detail. The Great Room boasts
20ft ceilings, 2-story gas fireplace with a stunning loft area. The living
area is spacious for all to sit and watch a movie or the big game on the 65"
Smart TV.
The chef’s kitchen has "leather finished" granite counter tops, high-end
stainless-steel appliances, slate backsplash, coffee bar, pellet ice machine,
and counter seating for 5. The dining room offers seating for 8. The back deck
with its gorgeous views of Bluff Mountain, has a gas grill, picnic-style
dining and a screened in area with ample seating for all.
The lower-level Master features a custom-built log king bed and sliding doors
to the front porch that is only steps to the hot tub. The master bath has
heated floors, large walk-in shower, double vanities and the ultimate in
luxury - a 4-person sauna.
Ascend up the grand, live-edge log staircase where you have the choice of 3
additional bedrooms, all with their own private balconies with exceptional
views, Smart TVs and Blu-ray players.
The Loft is an exceptional entertaining space with beverage chiller, a 2nd
pellet ice machine, microwave, wet bar and the cabin’s first sleeper sofa.
Three steps up and you are in the cabin’s expansive game room with pool table,
large screen TV, entertaining table, u-shaped window seat and the custom-built
"Paradise Arcade" game with 68 video games. The game room also features the
2nd sleeper sofa. Rounding out this luxury cabin is a 2-car garage with ramped
entry into the great room.
Paradise Point has a state-of-the-art security system including the use of
exterior security cameras and is located in the gated section of a
professionally developed resort which features a dusk-to-dawn security gate.
The resort is beautifully landscaped and has a quaint covered bridge entry
complete with water wheel and fountain. There is also a large swimming pool
with picnic area, playground and basketball goal. The well-maintained roads
are wide and easily traveled.
