Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Any group gatherings at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
  • • Dogs are allowed at this cottage for a $100 per pup non-refundable fee. Limit 2 pups.
  • • Parking space for 2 (two) vehicles in front of the house.
  • • 3.3 miles to East Beach Coast Guard Access, 3.6 miles to the Pier, Village & Lighthouse, .7 miles to Harris Teeter (closest grocery), 2.1 miles to Sea Palms Golf Center
  • Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to expect in your unit:
  • • There are 3 TVs in this property.
  • • Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bag. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
