The spacious master suite offers a King bed with an en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower, double vanities, and a huge walk in closet. The over-sized laundry room has a wash sink, plenty of storage, and new full-sized washer and dryer.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
- • Dogs are allowed at this cottage for a $100 per pup non-refundable fee. Limit 2 pups.

- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

- • There are 3 TVs in this property.
- • Linens (bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bag. Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
