Come see what an East Beach Cottage is all about! Located just minutes away from the ocean, this charming 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage has plenty of living and relaxing space. This original cottage is well appointed, spacious and has new updated kitchen and bathrooms.

The first floor easily accommodates up to 6 people. There are three bedrooms – one with a Queen bed and en-suite bath, one with a King bed next to hall bath, and one bedroom with a trundle bed that doubles as an office. The roomy upstairs loft known as the "Bunk Room" has a full bath with 2 full-size beds, a built in twin bed, and a lounging/TV area that’s great for kids (and adults). There is also a second small room with two bunk beds.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).

  • Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 3 TVs and DVR cable in this property.
  • • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
  • • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
