Welcome to "Peppy By The Sea " - A stunning, colonial style 2-storey, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house showcased by 3 metre wrap around balcony offering beautiful views overlooking delightful Peppermint Grove Beach.
The house was deliberately designed to allow two couples to enjoy exactly the same standard of room, by creating two identical master bedrooms both with their own private spa ensuite.

The space
Upstairs, two identical double master bedrooms (each with its own spa ensuite bathroom) and both opening onto the expansive balcony are located on opposite wings of the house In addition, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining and living area are all on the first floor, all opening onto the balcony for the ultimate in entertaining and access.
Downstairs, another three bedrooms with a separate bathroom can accommodate the kids and another couple, with a queen room, twin single room and double bunk room (4 beds). There is also a separate downstairs entertainment/activity area ideal for kids.

Ideal for two couples or two families looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday destination. For families, the addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.
Beautiful sunsets await from the expansive three metre wide timber balconies with teak outdoor furniture setting for eight people and a gas BBQ for outdoor entertaining.
All bed linens are provided (excluding beach towels). Our accommodations are fully self-catered, and as a courtesy, we offer a basic starter pack for each stay, including soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. These items are provided to help kick-start your vacation without stress, but guests are responsible for replenishing supplies beyond the starter pack. .
Please note that our property is not intended or designed for large groups of individuals. It is located within a residential area and we require respect to be shown to our neighbours. This is not a party house and noise must be kept to a minimum, particularly in the evenings!
Guests are not to be on the balcony from 9pm to 7am

Please note there is a 3-car limit for this property. All vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Parking on the grass verge is not permitted.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
