Just imagine taking a scenic stroll along the Poudre River Trail, stopping by the Old Town Farmers Market and then returning home to enjoy a delicious meal on the patio which backs directly to the park. There is nothing quite like the summertime buzz of an afternoon baseball game, cheering fans and the crack of a game-winning home run!

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
NOTE: The home for rent is the garden level of an over/under duplex and the upper level is rented separately. Both spaces have completely separate entrances and private patios both front and back.
NOTE: If bringing a dog, please note that the backyard is not fully fenced and that your dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the residence since the yard is shared with the upper level.
