Welcome to Dune Breeze, located at 1528 Ocean Boulevard!
We have out done ourselves this time with the addition of Dune Breeze 1528 to our rental inventory. One minute to the beach by bike or a 5 minute stroll on foot. You are only 1.5 miles from being in the heart of the pier and village area. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath town home that sleeps 8 is located near the Coast Guard Station and East Beach area of St Simons.
The main living level consists of the kitchen, dining room and living room with a half bath downstairs. This level has an open floor plan where the kitchen, living room and dining room all flow together. The kitchen has a small breakfast table that provides seating for four and a beautiful dining room with room for 8! There is plenty of seating for your whole family to enjoy a game night!
Going up to the second floor you will find a master bedroom with a king bed with en-suite with tub/shower...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
- • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
