Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Do not eat food in the beds
- • Do not disrespect Neighbors
- • Please follow check-in and out instructions
- • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
- • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
- • Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
- • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
- • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property, INCLUDING THE PORCH.
- • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
- • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
- • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
- • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
- • FEES: Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item
- • FEES: Noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation.
- • FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
- • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
- • FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
