HG Coastal is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse located just steps from the beach and just a few blocks away from the well-known St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Pier and Village area. If you hear the name “Cedar House” you are in the right spot!
Upon entering your new favorite place, you’ll find a foyer and hallway leading to two bedrooms, a full bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry room. Of the downstairs bedrooms, one has a queen-sized bed with a SmartTV and the other bedroom is a “Georgia Bulldog” Suite! You will love this UGA-themed room with a unique bunk set with a Double bed on top and a queen ben on bottom, smart TV. There are chairs for 4 on the downstairs patio and a deck for two perched on the balcony above. The “Cedar House” residents share a huge fire pit and backyard grill. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
- • Dogs are allowed for a $100/pup non-refundable fee (Limit 2)
- • Parking space for 2 cars in the driveway
- • 1 block to nearest Public Beach Access, 1/4 mile to St. Simons Lighthouse, Pier and Village area
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 4 TVs in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

- 1 – King
- 1 – Queen
- 1- Bunk set with a double on top and a queen on bottom
- Note: Garage is not accessible for parking.
