NOTE: Beachview 911 is located on the middle floor of the building. Beachview 913 is located on the top floor of the building. There are no shared access points between the two units.

Things To Know


Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
  • • No pets are allowed in this unit.
  • • Parking is available for 2 vehicles (One in garage, 1 on gravel area)
  • • Walk across the street for beach access, walk 1/2 mile to Pier and Village area
  • Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 3 TVs located in this property.
  • • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
  • • Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
  • Bedding Includes:
  • 1 - King
  • 1 - Queen
  • 2 - Twins
  • Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!
  • Note Regarding Private Elevators:
  • Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
