This property is perfect for your Vacation and has everything you need to enjoy your stay!! North Tower #908 is located on the 9th floor and offers beautiful views of the Pool, Marina and Waterway. You can even enjoy watching the fireworks on Monday evenings in the summer season at Barefoot Landing.
This spacious condo can sleep up to 8 comfortably with a King Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom and a King Size Bed in the 2nd Bedroom. Both of the Primary suites have their own bathrooms. The 3rd Bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top and it has another full bathroom in the hallway. All the bathrooms have been recently updated with new granite countertops. The Living area is comfortable and spacious and has balcony access with the most amazing views. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
