<p>This majestic villa sits just outside Pollensa Old town with a picturesque mountain backdrop. This inviting villa is nestled in lush greenery, giving it a real tropical feel.</p>
<p>It has five air-conditioned bedrooms and three shower rooms spread over the villa, along with a comfortable living room and open plan kitchen/diner.</p>
<p>Outside, the jewel of this villa is the large 10m x 5m glistening pool, enveloped in sun loungers, and south facing, it will ensure to keep the warm Mallorcan sun all day long.</p>
<p>The villa is car recommended due to the busy road leading to Pollensa Old town, a short drive away you can find a supermarket to get all necessities required. If you can tear yourself away from the villa, a visit to Pollensa Old town is a must, the blonde stone architecture is rich in history, and boasts plenty of relaxing cafes and must-see buildings.</p>
<p>The golden sandy beach of the bay of Pollensa is aprox 7km away, here you will find a horseshoe shaped bay lined with restaurants and shops, the palm tree lined streets are great for an evening stroll.</p>
<p> To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm with 6 steps. The front door has a width of 110cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 110cm wide and the grounds are on different levels, there are several sets of steps leading up to the villa and down to the pool area from the terrace. Internally there are 2 steps down to 2 bedrooms. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
