Harbour Oaks #620 is an upstairs level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. This stunningly renovated and tastefully decorated condo has completely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The living area has vaulted ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring and plantation shutters.
The kitchen has all the bells and whistles with new top-of-the-line stainless appliances.
The master suite has a king bed with en-suite featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has a full-sized bed. The 2nd full bathroom has a tub shower combination. All bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, St. Simons Lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and may one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
- • Pets are not are not permitted in the condo. Dogs considered for monthly rentals only.
- • Number of parking spaces per unit - 2. One of these is covered, the other is unmarked.
- • Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 4 smart TVs in the condo for streaming.
- • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
