Slack Tide Cottage can be enjoyed on the front porch with four rocking chairs and two small tables for your hors d’oeuvres and a cool drink of your choice. Surely as the sun goes down there is no stress as you quietly plan the rest of your evening rocking without a care. Will it be a quiet evening in with something from the backyard grill or a satisfying walk to a meal nearby?

Enter into the spacious den and dining area with ceiling fan, flat screen TV and ample seating. The dining room has a table for four just off of the kitchen. This cottage has been nicely upgraded and you will find everything you need in the kitchen - Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots/pans, and the list goes on!

The Neighborhood

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac being unstressed is the proper state of mind. Few cars are passing by yet you are close to the village, can walk to restaurants and walk to the beach. What can be better than time at the beach and then a short walk back to an enclosed outside shower to leave the sand and spray with a comfortable warm shower. Bring your dog too and shower him off in a space large enough for a small party. The back yard is fully enclosed so young children and your pets will not be wandering into the neighborhood.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
  • • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
  • • Dogs are allowed with an additional fee of $100 per pet (no cats). Limit 3.
  • • Parking space for 2 – 3 cars in the driveway
  • • 3 blocks to nearest Public Beach Access, 1/2 mile to Pier Village
  • Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 2 TVs in this property.
  • • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
  • • Beach towels and beach chairs ARE provided with this property.
