We proudly offer this very nice two bedroom, two bath condominium located on beautiful St. Simons Island. The condo is comfortably furnished and overlooks a lagoon.
Harbour Oaks 418 is an upstairs unit. Kitchen has been updated and the lovely dining area comfortably seats six. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower and sunroom area. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).

- • 2 miles to Coast Guard Station/East Beach, ½ mile to Public Beach Access, short walk to Pier Village
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 3 TVs in this property. (Limited cable channels on all TVs)
- • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
