In the community’s center courtyard are lagoons, lush landscaping, gas grills and a seasonally heated oceanfront swimming pool. Beyond the swimming pool, a sidewalk guides guests to a private boardwalk to the beach giving you easy access to put your toes in the sand! Other St. Simons Grand amenities include gated access from Ocean Boulevard, covered parking, elevator, wireless internet service and nighttime property patrol. St. Simons Grand is located on Ocean Boulevard near the Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access and the well-loved East Beach neighborhood of St. Simons. Easy walking distance to local favorite restaurants – Crabdaddy’s, Crab Trap and Beachcomber BBQ.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

- • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
