At Ocean Pearl you will enjoy the all-new construction, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house that is totally fenced in for your privacy, as well as the all new furniture and décor. The list goes on.
Chef’s kitchen with gas oven and cook top is just the "setup" for the dining experience. The dining room table is the signature piece of Ocean Pearl. Hewn from a giant Ambrosia Maple tree from the North Georgia mountains, sanded and finished by the owners, it sports two live edges with seating for eight. With two more seats at the bar, you can comfortably seat 10 for any meal. The wine cooler is conveniently located in the kitchen "island". Keep your best vino at the perfect serving temperature!
After finishing dinner, you may want to retire to the cocktail pool in the courtyard area for a dip and, of course, a cocktail too! You will enjoy the tropical feel of the pool...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons).
- • Dog are welcome with a $100/pup non-refundable fee (No cats.) (Limit 3 pups).
- * Cocktail pool can be heated for an additional $400.
- • Parking is available for 3 cars in the driveway
- • 1 mile to Public Beach Access, ¾ mile to St. Simons Pier, Village, Lighthouse
- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 5 TVs in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
