Its location is unbeatable: just 10 minutes by car from the airport, 5 minutes from the main avenue of Puerto del Carmen and the charming town of Tías, and only 2.5 km from the main beach, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops.
The house features a spacious outdoor swimming pool, ideal for relaxing while overlooking the sea, the golf course, or the picturesque coastal village. The pool area is equipped with outdoor dining furniture and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for long breakfasts, lunches under the porch, or romantic dinners under the stars.
The property, of almost 9 acres, is surrounded by a carefully designed landscape with traditional volcanic rock walls that guarantee total privacy. You will be able to enjoy pleasant walks among fruit trees or an aperitif next to the palm trees, with absolute tranquillity and without being seen from the outside.
The house has five double bedrooms: three with a private bathroom (two with a shower) and two with a shared bathroom with a bathtub. In total, there are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, 2 with a shower, and an additional toilet. All rooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and direct access to the exterior porch with spectacular views. Additionally, there is an extra room for personal assistants.
The property is accessible for people with reduced mobility, including an adapted bathroom and most areas accessible by wheelchair. The kitchen is fully equipped with four hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary kitchenware.
Bed linen and towels are provided per guest, along with pool towels, and a cot is available upon request. Parking is outdoor and private, with easy access from the house entrance.
