River Ranch is a gorgeous, secluded riverside home in Watts, Oklahoma! Offering luxury amenities for up to 8 guests, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a fully-stocked kitchen, large living room, and screened-in porch with amazing views of the Illinois River. Enjoy the nature and views of the river from our front yard OR go out and have an adventure at the numerous local water parks.
When you first arrive at River Ranch, you’ll enter into our kitchen and dining area. Directly ahead, you’ll see our kitchen, which is fully-stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, baked good or cup of coffee. You’ll immediately notice our gorgeous natural wood cabinets and porcelain farmhouse sink. In this same area, you’ll have access to our six-top dining table, which sits in a bank of windows overlooking the river.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
