Our cozy, vintage cottage offers easy access to the wonders of Fayetteville! Walk or ride 0.8 miles down the road to enjoy Wilson Park or the Razorback Greenway - both offer easy access to NWA eateries, shops and more. A short 3-minute drive or ’Spin’ scooter ride will take you to Dickson Street or the Downtown Square - Fayetteville’s hub for food, drink, entertainment and more. Head just 5 minutes up the road to explore the University of Arkansas campus.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our main living room with two seating areas. To the right, you’ll see a leather couch, two lounge chairs and large wooden built-in shelves full of cards, boardgames and books! To the left, you’ll see a large sectional and a Roku Smart TV sitting in a small bank of windows. In the corner, you’ll find one of our favorite elements of the house - our wood burning stove!
Walk through the main living room to access our kitchen and dining area. Our kitchen features all the appliances you’ll need for a perfect night in with your crew. A four-top dining table sits to the right of the kitchen area, offering a comfortable place to enjoy meals. It’s surrounded by classic vintage seating. From here, you can also reach the backyard by exiting through our two glass doors.
In our upstairs loft space above the main floor, we have a second living area complete with a love seat, lounge chair and 50-inch TCL Roku TV. This rooms have tons of natural light thanks to the multiple sky lights! From here, you’ll also have access to our upper deck.
When it’s time to settle down for the night, choose from any of our four beds:
(1) Our primary bedroom features a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser, desk and nearby bath.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bed can be found in the living space on the second floor. Here, the couch pulls out into a Twin-size bed.
(4) We also have an air mattress available for guest use.
Outside, unwind in one of our outdoor living spaces! Head through the door in the kitchen, you’ll step out onto our back porch which leads to our fenced-in backyard and fire pit. Through the door on our second floor, you’ll find a small patio with two seats overlooking the backyard.
To the right of the back porch, you’ll see a door leading to our detached unit. Here, you’ll find our fully stocked laundry room as well as a sauna! We love unwinding and sweating out the day in here after exploring the beautiful city of Fayetteville.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
