Stay STEPS away from Downtown Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas campus at Townhouse On The Hill, our two bedroom, two bathroom home! Our home offers the ideal vacation destination for anyone looking to enjoy good food, great sights and maybe even a Razorback game. During your stay, you’ll have access to our cozy living room, a fully-stocked kitchen and everything Fayetteville has to offer.
The space:
Upon entering our home, you’ll be greeted by our staircase, which leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor, enjoy our open-concept kitchen, living room and dining area!
Directly at the top of the stairs, you’ll see our fully-stocked kitchen. Here, you’ll find plenty of built-in storage as well as everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked good. Between the kitchen and the living room, you’ll find four barstools overlooking the kitchen.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
