Walk just a few steps out our front door to find some NWA favorites like Rick’s Bakery, Arcadia Retro Arcade, Mockingbird Kitchen, Tacos 4 Life and more! You can also drive, walk or bike 5 minutes down the road to access the University of Arkansas, local restaurants, shopping and everything Downtown Fayetteville has to offer.
When you walk through our glass-paned door, you’ll enter a long hallway leading to two of our bedrooms, a full bathroom and the stairs leading up to the main living area.
Up the stairs, you’ll enter into our open concept living, dining and kitchen spaces. Here, you’ll find our huge, overstuffed sectional, two lounge chairs, a 70-inch Vizio Roku TV, a few games, our record player with records and large windows overlooking the side yard. This area is truly the heart of our home.
Directly behind the living area, you’ll see our 6-top dining table. To the right, you’ll see our state-of-the-art kitchen complete with a HUGE granite island, four plush barstools, luxury appliances and tons of built-in storage. While you’re here, enjoy full access to our MASSIVE double-door Frigidaire, 5-ring stove, Keurig, kettle, air fryer, blender, luxury dish ware and more. From here, you’ll also have access to the staircase leading up to our rooftop balcony.
At the end of the day, cozy up in one of our 3 private bedrooms:
(1) Our Master bedroom, which is complete with a King-size bed, closets, dresser, 55-inch Sony Smart Roku TV, seating area, remote control window shades and a stunning en suite bathroom.
(2) Our second bedroom, which is complete with a Queen-size bed with Sleep Number mattress, closet, vanity and nearby bathroom.
(3) Our third bedroom which also has a Queen-size bed with Sleep Number mattress, closet, chair, Razorback decor and nearby bathroom.
Head up the stairs and through the garage door to find the piece de resistance of Fayetteview - our rooftop balcony! This space is complete with a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, mini fridge, bar area, seating for 11 people, dining for 4, string lights and sweeping views of Fayetteville.
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
