The Big Pine Holler is tucked away on 10.55 acres of untouched land surrounded by old-growth trees, wildlife, a small pond, and the sounds of nature! Located just 1-mile from Beaver Lake, 2-miles from War Eagle Cavern, and 3.5-miles from Hobbs State Park our cottage is great for those who desire a trip full of fishing, kayaking, hiking, and/or biking.

Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- - There is spotty cell service here, so be sure to connect to Wifi & feel free to use our landline for any calls.
- - The road up to the house is a dirt road, please be cautious if riding a motorcycle.
- - We have two fire pits available for guest use. Please make sure all fires are completely put out before leaving them unattended and wood is only gathered from the designated wood storage area.
- - Extra linens can be found in the two standing armoires. There is one upstairs & one downstairs. Linens for the Queen sleeper sofa are kept in the downstairs armoire.
- - USE CAUTION WHEN GOING UPSTAIRS. There is a very low beam at the top of the stairs. We have signs as well as foam over the beam, but still, use caution.,Start: 22:00, End: 10:00
