Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by our open living room complete with comfy seating for the whole crew. Enjoy our Smart TV equipped with CABLE & streaming services so you can watch the big game from home - if you’re not in the stands, that is. Just off the living room, you’ll find our fully equipped kitchen, complete with the essentials you’ll need to create your favorite meals when you’re not indulging in Fayetteville’s food scene. Located at the bar, you’ll find four high-top chairs perfect for enjoying your meals.
Off the living room and kitchen area, you’ll find two sets of double doors which lead to our outdoor living area with patio seating and a BBQ grill.
Back inside, our home has 4 beds - two beds downstairs and two beds upstairs:
(1) Our King bedroom is complete with a closet, dresser and en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, clothing rack and nearby bathroom.
(3-4) Upstairs, you’ll find a shared bedroom with two Queen beds and a walk-in closet. The bed to the left of the stairs has access to a Smart TV with streaming services.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
