Our expansive front patio is the perfect place to relax or entertain. Complete with a BBQ grill, hot tub, and tons of cozy outdoor seating - ideal for basking beneath the stars or gazing out over Beaver Lake. Our sprawling front yard is also a great place for a game of lakeside catch! Access Beaver Lake by foot (2-minute walk) or by car (200-ft drive) to enjoy swimming or boat launch capabilities! End the day by whipping up a family style meal in our large kitchen with dining table for 10. Wind down in one of our TWO living rooms with a good movie, game on the Wii, or good book in front of the fireplace. You’ll never want to leave. Enjoy Beaver Lake at our gorgeous 5 bed, 3.5 bath lakefront home. As you arrive to our home, you’ll be greeted by our large front yard and multi-story deck. Here, you’ll find ample outdoor seating, a BBQ grill and the hot tub. We wouldn’t be surprised if you never even left our front porch! Upon entering, you’ll find the first of our TWO living rooms. This room features massive windows that overlook Beaver Lake, modern decor, two couches, two lounge chairs, a desk area and - best of all - our grand electric fireplace. Directly to the left, you’ll see our open-concept kitchen, which is stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Our spacious dining room, located just off the kitchen, seats 10 - plus we have 4 barstools surrounding the kitchen island. Off the dining room, you’ll be greeted by our plush sectional, Smart TV, Wii gaming system and board games.  When it’s time to unwind, choose from one of our 5 bedrooms: (1) Our first bedroom is host to a King and a Queen bed. This room features TWO walk-in closets, Roku TV (located in front of the King bed), a private seating area, direct access to the porch/hot tub and an en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom features a plush King bed, closet, Roku TV and nearby bath. A crib can also be found in the closet. (3) Our third bedroom is complete with a King bed, closet, Roku TV and doors leading to the backyard. (4) Our fourth bedroom, which is located upstairs, features a King bed, closet, Roku TV, private seating area with lake views, private porch access and en suite bath. (5) Through our fourth bedroom, you’ll find the entrance to our final bedroom. This room, which is perfect for the kiddos, features 4 Twin beds - 2 standard, 2 trundle - 2 desks, a private seating area and a cabinet filled with games and books. Our home also has a full laundry room, which can be found off the dining room, available for guest use.  Between lounging on the deck, gazing out at Beaver Lake, warming up in the hot tub, and relaxing in our living rooms - you’ll never run out of activities for your crew! Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. ★ Not pet-friendly. ★ Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. -There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
