Take a few steps out our front door to find some Fayetteville favorites like Rick’s Bakery, Arcadia Retro Arcade, Mockingbird Kitchen, Tacos 4 Life and more! OR drive FIVE minutes down the road to access the University of Arkansas, shopping and everything Downtown Fayetteville has to offer.
When you enter through the front door, you’ll be greeted by garage access and our entry way! Walk up the stairs and you’ll find yourself in our open concept kitchen and living space.
Our kitchen, which is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to create your favorite dishes while on vacation, is complete with high-end amenities, stunning black countertops, gorgeous dark wood cabinets and bar seating for 4. Between the kitchen and living room, you’ll find our large dining room table with seating for 6.
To the right of the kitchen, you’ll find our living room. Here, you’ll have access to our sectional, 75-inch TCL Roku TV and our working gas fireplace. This is the perfect space for enjoying conversation with friends, watching the big game on our large TV or cracking open a good book. From here, you’ll also have access to our private balcony where you’ll find a loveseat, two lounge chairs, string lights and a gas grill. The views from out here are incredible!
At the end of the day, head up our final set of stairs to settle into one of our luxury bedrooms:
(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, dresser, closet and en suite bathroom with a standing shower and jacuzzi tub.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a luxurious Queen-size bed, dresser, closet and nearby bath.
(3) Our third bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath.
(4) Our fourth bed is a Full-size pullout, which can be found in the living room.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
