This cabin offers all the amenities desired for a Big Bear vacation, including a large deck featuring a fire pit, seating, BBQ, and dining area. End your day unwinding in a sparkling hot tub after adventurous hours on the slopes or by the lake, making it the perfect retreat for any season.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a regular filter coffeemaker and French Press.
Living Room: Fireplace, bar cart, Smart TV and the sofa folds down like a futon for sleeping.
Master Bedroom: Loft style room located on the second floor featuring a Queen bed and a

Starting at the Big Bear Lake Dam, this area stretches all the way to Metcalf Bay and includes Pleasure Point Marina, Boulder Bay, Fisher Cove and Treasure Island. This area has a mixture of older, well-maintained, modern and lakefront estates.

Mountain Transit’s Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
Regarding the A/C: 18000 BTU split AC/heat wall unit. It is It is a wall unit which has a better capacity than a window unit.

Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
